I love London. What's your nearest Underground station? My holiday condo on Planet Vleeptron is near the Shoe Mirrors station on the Ciudad Vleeptron Underway. I hang there whenever this planet just makes me sick.

penso di averlo un po' troppo concentrato sull'Italia ultimamente: metà dei link sono italiani e addirittura l'80% dei post sono in italiano. niente di male con l'italiano, ma di eccellenti blog italiani ce ne sono già, come il tuo e gli altri selezionati, mentre io ambisco a caratterizzare questo come un ponte transnazionale, se non proprio multilingue quantomeno bilingue (ahime' Parigi per un po' me la devo dimentica'...)
ecco perché subito dopo il tuo commento sono stata molto felice di trovare anche quello di Alicia Morgan dalla California (è linkata come HOOTERVILLE). in quest'anno importante di elezioni presidenziali ambisco davvero a linkare i migliori blog liberali americani. ma non quelli famosissimi che conoscono tutti, tipo Daily Kos, Huffington Post, etc., bensì alcuni "minori" ma assai interessanti, magari di qualcuna/o dispersi in Idaho o Arizona che però ritengo interessanti.

Il criterio della lingua mi sembra preferibile a quello geografico. Potresti anche lasciare la lista com'è ed aggiungere accanto ai blog l'indicazione della lingua. Ad esempio: "MALVINO - Luigi Castaldi, Italy (IT)". In alto, sopra la blogroll metti:
EN=English
IT=Italiano
OS=Ostrogoto
ecc...
E' solo un'idea...
Veniamo alle traduzioni in esperanto che mi hai chiesto. Faccio una prova per vedere se ci son problemi con gli accenti:

i try to pick out the words that look familiar to me- in italian- anyway :) i fear that our great nation's election process is seriously broken- and at the very least, we can look forward to something other than the conservatives holding court. i don't look for a liberal, progressive government but hopefully one that won't make such a mess. it's the best we can do at this point. we, the people, took a long time to focus in on reality- and have spent the last 2 years trying to no avail to undo the entire 8. onward and upward!
