Angry council bosses have been forced to issue an official guide of what's allowed in cemeteries after they became a hot spot for kinky doggers in Munich, Germany. The new guide - issued after a series of complaints from shocked mourners - bans sex, nudity, parties and even mini skirts in a bid to restore order. Apart from their normal function people can use them to sit and read, jog through or just meditate. They can also sunbathe - but only when properly dressed and not in a bikini or swimming trunks, says the guide.
